Vendor Pricing
$75 standard participation fee
Standard festival vendor participation is $75. This covers your booth space along the festival corridor on Jefferson Street.
Application Deadlines & Load-In
Apply by Monday, August 31, 2026
Vendor applications are due by Monday, August 31, 2026. Load-in times and setup schedules will be provided upon confirmation.
Licensing & Operational Requirements
Required for all vendors
Health department permits, temporary food service licensing, and local requirements must be maintained as applicable.
Standard vendor participation ($75) does not include Founding Partner status. Organizations interested in deeper partnership can explore the Founding Partner pathway ($250+).
